Last year, prices for goods and services in Ukraine increased by almost 23% on average.

This was reported by the State Statistics Service.

Thus, according to the Service, the largest increase in consumer prices in 2022 was observed for vegetables - it amounted to 68.5%, for fish and fish products - for 30.3%, for bread and bread products - for 29.7%.

In general, prices for food products increased by 27.1%, for alcoholic beverages and tobacco products - by 17.4%.

The increase in the price of fuel and lubricants amounted to 56.2%, natural gas - 10.1%, water supply - 12.5%.

At the same time, consumer prices for clothes and shoes, on the contrary, decreased by 2.7%.

What will happen to prices in 2023

We will remind you that it was previously reported that in 2023, the increase in the price of products due to the war and problems with electricity supply will continue.
