With the opening of tenders for the rental of sea beaches, the preparation of the next summer season 2023 begins. With the arrival of the new year, in the period January - February 2023, the Ministry of Tourism will open tenders with secret bidding.

The procedures will be carried out in accordance with the Regulations for the Implementation of the Law on State Property (PPZDS) in connection with the Law on the Development of the Black Sea Coast for the leasing of objects - exclusive state property, separate parts of the coastal beach strip, representing sea beaches, which are located in the regions of Dobrich, Varna and Burgas.

In order to protect the public interest and guarantee the lawful conduct of the tender procedures, representatives of the Ministry of the Interior, the State Department of Internal Affairs and the KPCONPI will be invited as observers.

Orders for the opening of tenders for the rental of sea beaches will be published at least 30 days before the deadline for submission of applications for participation on the institutional website of the Ministry of Tourism, in the section "Announcements and tenders", subdirectory "Tenders for rent of beaches", with the announced date, time and venue of the auction.

The conditions and requirements for applicants to participate in the procedure are described in tender documents, which are sold in the order specified in the opening order.

The inspection of the sites can be carried out independently by the persons who have purchased tender documents, without the need for a prior request.

Taking into account circumstances such as the progress of pending legal proceedings and the possible terms of the rental contracts, an additional assessment will be made as to whether to open rental procedures for the following objects - exclusive state property, designated parts of the coastal beach strip, representing sea beaches , located in the Varna and Burgas regions:

The specialized administration of the Ministry of Tourism will review the received proposals and will make an assessment regarding the possibilities, admissibility and suitability of the relevant object to be leased in accordance with the statutory procedure by conducting a secret bidding auction under the PPZDS, in connection with the ZUCHK.
