[Financial Channel/Comprehensive Report] Reuters reported that Foxconn's Zhengzhou factory in China, which has recently been protested by employees, has the opportunity to fully resume production by the end of December at the earliest.

"Reuters" quoted sources as saying that with the recruitment of new employees, the production capacity of the Zhengzhou plant is gradually recovering.

If the recruitment goes well, Foxconn expects that the Zhengzhou plant will resume full production around the end of this month to early January 2023.

However, the source added that despite the efforts of Foxconn and the local government to carry out recruitment efforts, there are still many uncertainties. For example, some workers are "scared" about working for Foxconn after the recent outbreak of employee protests.

Foxconn declined to comment on the above report, but a Foxconn source familiar with the matter said that Foxconn hopes to resume full production "as soon as possible", but it is currently unable to give a timetable.
