The owners of the McDonald's franchise in Belarus announced that from November 22, the fast food chain will operate under the Russian brand "Delicious and Dot".

However, this has not happened yet.

On November 24, the publication "Nasha Niva" stated that Lukashenka personally forbade changing the franchise.

Until now, he said that "we have to do what McDonald's did" and was indignant: "What, we can't cut a bun in half?".

Now there are three restaurants operating under the "Lido" brand in Minsk at the following addresses: 49 Nezalezhnosti Ave., St.

The founder of the network is Gunnars Kirsans.

The brand started working in Latvia in 1987, and got its current name in 1991.

This chain of restaurants of national cuisine began to open in Minsk in 2010.

Behind "Vasilki" is the company "Libretik", the co-owner and director of which is Vadim Avanesau ("Neighbors", "PizzaTempo").

She is also the co-owner of the Marumi pan-Asian restaurant chain.

"Drink Tempo"

The largest chain of pizzerias in Belarus today has 24 pizzerias in Minsk, Hrodna, Gomla, Mogilev, Maladechna, and Mazyr.

This network appeared in Belarus in 2002 and has continued to grow since then.

Behind the network stands the same "LibretikGroup", the co-owner of which is Alma Yavtsemene.

Burger King

The first Burger King opened in Minsk in 2015 near Kamennaya Gorka metro station.

Now there are two dozen of them in Belarus.

By February 2017, there were only two Hutka-Smachna stalls, and shawarma stalls opened in place of some of them.
