The unit rent of the top three high-rent stores was nearly 11,700 yuan per ping per month, nearly 10,600 yuan per month, and nearly 10,000 yuan.

Looking at the distribution of the top 10 last year, 5 were located in the Ximending business district. However, this year's Ximending real-price leasing cases were quiet. The entire Wanhua rent has been rented at a single real price, and the highest price per ping is only 2,777 yuan.
