According to TSMC's official website, Ma Huifan graduated from the Department of Business Management of Soochow University and also obtained a master's degree in International Business Management from National Taiwan University.

She joined TSMC in June 2014 as the head of human resources organization, and was promoted to her current position in August of the same year. She has been with TSMC for more than 8 years.

Ma Huifan has more than 30 years of practical experience in human resources. Before joining TSMC, he held senior human resources management positions in Trend Micro, Axis Communications and Zhishen Technology.
