Quotations of securities on the Moscow Stock Exchange fell sharply after reports of pseudo-referendums in the "LDNR", as well as Zaporizhzhia and Kherson regions, and the State Duma's decision to add the concepts of "mobilization" and "martial law" to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.

This is stated on the website of the Moscow Stock Exchange.

Let us add that Ukraine does not believe that the decision on referendums will affect the situation at the front, and they believe that the Kremlin resorted to desperate measures due to defeats in the war.

Leaders of public opinion actively discuss the latest events in social networks.

It should be noted that President

Volodymyr Zelenskyi

has previously stated several times that in case of pseudo-referendums in the occupied territories, Russia will close any possibility of negotiations with Ukraine.
