Natural gas in Europe fell by 2.52 percent at 11:30 Bulgarian time compared to yesterday's price, according to data from the ICE exchange.

June futures at the TTF hub in the Netherlands are currently trading at 104 euros per megawatt-hour or about 1040 dollars per 1,000 cubic meters.

The exchange closed at a price of 106.07 euros per megawatt-hour yesterday.

This morning at 9:00 Bulgarian time the trade starts from 104 euros per megawatt hour.

Shortly after 10:00 the price rose to almost 107 euros and then began to fall.

The price of natural gas in Europe rose by almost 20%

Natural gas of the Balkan Gas Hub in the "day ahead" segment with a delivery day for today, May 13, rose by 8.98 percent.

The delivery for yesterday was at a price of BGN 179.57 per megawatt-hour, and for today it is at BGN 195.70 per megawatt-hour. 

In the "within the day" segment, the gas exchange closed yesterday at an average price of BGN 192.30 per megawatt-hour, which is 11.46 percent more than the May 11 price, which was BGN 172.53 per megawatt-hour.

The reference price for today, May 13, is BGN 195.70 per megawatt-hour.
