The two candidacies of Andrey Gyurov and Lubomir Karimanski for governor of the Bulgarian National Bank have yet to be proven.

In Bulgaria, there are people in the central bank and the current governor who have already been proven.

Thus, in the studio of "Awake" on NOVA, banker Levon Hampartzoumian commented on the nominees for BNB governor.

"It will not be easy for either of them.

Their profiles are of people who have yet to prove themselves.

Parliament has broadcast them, it will elect them.

We stand by and hope they don't make many mistakes, "he added.

MP: The Governor of the BNB must be a person who has not worked with commercial banks in Bulgaria

According to Hampartzoumian, both candidates lack maturity and experience.

After all, two or three years after graduation, a person brags about what he has completed.

After that, his professional career began to talk about what he is like as an entrepreneur, manager and employee, the banker stressed.

Georgi Kadiev: The two candidacies for head of the BNB pose a risk of falling government

"These people have graduated, they have a normal career.

They've tried one thing or another, which is not a "wow" thing.

And they have gained the political trust of their colleagues in parliament to run for BNB governor.

The shortlist is not impressive.

For example, the ECB, seeing it, will not gasp, '' Hampartzoumian added.

He noted that Bulgaria faces important challenges.

Entering the Eurozone, dealing with the consequences of crises that overwhelm us.

Possibly consolidation processes in the banking sector, its stability, said the banker.
