Chicken nuggets have always been a favorite dish for both children and adults. They have a crispy crust, a juicy inner layer and an extraordinary taste. However, the traditional way of cooking may involve using a lot of oil, which is not always healthy.

The recipe for chicken nuggets, offered by food blogger Bethania Ugarte, consists of only three ingredients: chicken fillet, egg and mozzarella. This makes it not only easy to prepare, but also useful. These nuggets are low carb as they are gluten and sugar free.

Ingredients

Chicken fillet 2 pcs Egg 1 pc Mozzarella 55 g

Preparation 

In a food processor or blender, combine the chopped chicken fillet, egg and mozzarella cubes. Mix the ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained. The mass should be such that it is possible to easily form nuggets. Take the prepared mass and divide it into small portions. Shape each portion into an oval or square shape that resembles the classic nugget shape. Bake in the oven for about 25 minutes at a temperature of 180°C.
